1. I created a 2nd account and linked the visa card to it, but my balance did not appear on my PayPal. I still have $12.01 balance on the visa card.

2. Update - I ended up getting to the bottom of things with my bank. We were able to rescue the money before it got transferred to the state to the " unclaimed property " department. I'll be going into the bank to sign some paperwork to claim my money. Hope this video helped!
